Shipping Policy

In this document, “Volkswagen”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Volkswagen Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 14 093 117 876) trading as Volkswagen Australia.

Volkswagen operates the website https://store.volkswagen.com.au/ ("Website").

Shipping will be calculated during the check-out process. Free shipping will be provided for orders over $150 (including GST). Standard postage rates will apply to orders under $150 (including GST) unless expressly stated on the Website.

Shipping is available to Australian addresses only.

Redelivery fees may apply in the event that your Volkswagen Accessories or Merchandise cannot be safely left at the delivery address you specify in your order and an authorised signature is not provided upon delivery.

When you receive your order, please check that all Accessories and Merchandise contained in the applicable proof of purchase have been received. If you have not received the correct Accessories or Merchandise, please contact us by emailing volkswagenstore@activgroup.io and we will respond within 5 business days of receipt.

Order dispatch times may vary according to availability. Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that you provide to us. You will be provided with a tracking number by email so that you can track the delivery of your order. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or another courier. We do not have any control over delivery times once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, nor do we take responsibility for the actions of any courier following collection of the goods from our warehouse or Volkswagen dealership.

Volkswagen will endeavour to dispatch all orders received via the Website within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please expect longer processing times for orders during certain times of year, including sales and promotional periods.

Estimated delivery times vary dependant on location, as below:

NSW/ACT: 2-5 business days
QLD: 3-6 business days
VIC: 3-6 business days
SA: 3-6 business days
TAS: 4-7 business days
WA: 4-7 business days
NT: 4-7 business days

Accessories which require installation by a Volkswagen dealer will only be available for purchase directly from a Volkswagen dealer.
